Everyone was very kind and understanding. The DR knew exactly what was happening but, made a comment he wouldn't further explain to me because I was a Kaiser patient. Since it was a true emergency I didn't understand. I was treated very well and everyone, especially the nurses were very kind to me. It was clean, quiet mad I got good care.

I brought my mother in to the ER in mid December 2013 because she had a fever and was coughing. I was very impressed with the physician assistant who took care of her. She was very professional, and very caring to my mother. The physician assistant explained all the tests that were being performed and the test results. She made my mother and I feel at ease and were both very happy with the care. We feel that this physician assistant was exceptional and she provided the best care that we have ever received at this ER.
