Kudos to your ER department!! We were on our way from Tennessee to Mpls. when I fell and broke a rib. This is what led us to the Mercy ER. Both my husband and I were so impressed with your facility and more importantly your staff. What great folks!! You should be written up as a model for other ERs to follow.
