My therapeutic approach views the therapist-client relationship as a collaborative effort in which we create a partnership to recognize and develop your inherent strengths and resources in order to reach your goals. I strive to provide services to adults, adolescents, and families with empathy, honesty, and acceptance.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I have also discovered yoga as a powerful means of healing. I find that yoga is a wonderfully effective compliment to other treatment modalities. Yoga allows for the development of physical and emotional strength, flexibility, and healing.
It is with gratitude and a spirit of service that I dedicate my clinical social work practice to meeting your mind, body, and spirit needs. If you find that you are in the midst of a life transition, in need of stress reduction, struggling with your identity or sense of purpose, have experienced trauma or abuse, or seeking to improve your sense of wellbeing, perhaps we can find what you are looking for.
How can we work together to reveal your most authentic self, your most joyful life?
