It has 1 star because they closed the doors. They gave numbers for people to call for help but nobody ever answered or the number was disconnected. I had a gift certificate from them and not able to use. It is sad that they could not have been honest with their patrons.....I would have followed them anywhere!!! GREAT massage, great mani and pedis and wonderful people working there!!!!
