Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
