Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this provider to my friends or family. Whenever I called, he was out of town for appointments. I booked an appointment with another vet there. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I requested rate information, on exams, what they included, and on end of life, cremation services. I said the cremation costs were rather high for the service they used. This seemed to infuriate the vet owner, that I had asked questions before making an appointment. He actually called, although I had not made the appointment with him, and stated I had told the receptionist he was always out playing golf. This was completely inaccurate. When a Vet chooses to believe his staff member before a customer, this is a red flag that you and your pet do not come first. Apparently I should not have asked any questions. He refused to listen to me. His entire demeanor was pompous. In his view, pet owners have no right to question anything, make requests based on their pets needs, or to choose a vet who is more accessible for their pets care. I was sorry I was not going to see his partner, who had been recommended. I will not be going to this vet office for any reason.
