The only affordable veterinary service around. They don't add unnecessary fees and often don't charge for small things. Although they don't specialize in small animals, Doc always takes the time to examine my pet rats and treat them. Always helpful and will do what they can to have your animal seen the day you call. I had a week old prolapsed kitten once and called all of the vets in the area who refused to treat him and said I had to put him down, I called Doc and he said the surgery would be fast and relatively easy. He treated my kitten that same day and my cat is now six years old and an important member of our family thanks to Doc.
I also had a rat with a golf ball sized cancerous tumor and called every vet, the other vets wouldn't give me a price on the phone but some estimated the surgery to be over $500-$1000. Even though Doc doesn't specialize in small animals I called him and he said he would take a look at her. At the office he said he was willing to do the surgery but said that tumors grow back in a couple weeks the same size they were before and that it would be dangerous and painful for my rat. We decided the best thing to do was to put her down. I'm very grateful for Doc, any other vet would have taken my last penny and let my rat suffer before dying shortly after the surgery.
