They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I have been to Parkview Clinic as well as the West Point "Shannon Vet Clinic" love them both!!!!

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
