It was nice to hear how much the staff respected my cats. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen :) . I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay :). Even though they were very busy, I have never seen my pets so calm at the veterinarian before. They really seem to have such a gift with animals here. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. They of course had to answer the phone alot . But I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
