We absolutely love Dr Hanusch. He diagnosed my dog with epilepsy in 2014. I moved from riverhead to wading river in 2015 and changed vets out of convenience. That was the worst mistake I ever made. As the seizures became more and more frequent I became very dissatisfied with the vet I switched to. I decided to go back to Aquebogue. Dr Hanusch recommended we see a neurologist Long Island Veterinary Specialists (they are awesome as well) instead of throwing new medications at him like the other vet. It takes a true competent Dr to know that sometimes a specialist is needed. We recommend Dr Hanusch to everyone we know. Not only do we have a great experience every time, my dog truly loves him. His staff is just as great, we are so thankful for all your help.

Have been using Dr. Hanusch since at least 1984, we have followed him all over long island and continue to travel over an hour just to bring our dogs to the vet to see him! I have tried others in the past for emergencies and have never been satisfied! Dr. Hanusch is the best!
