Horrible experience! My old lab was very ill. I took her there because it was Sunday and my vet was closed. I had to leave her because they were sooooo busy. I get a call about 4 hours later. The vet said she was severly constipated. Ok. Great! I'm thinking not serious. I get there and I was asked to pay first. Hmmm. Ok. The receptionist gave me Sadie's meds and told me the diagnosis. Ok. She then says ok see ya good luck. (Not in those words but that's what she meant. She was very nice.) I asked if I get to see the doctor and was told no. What! I spent $322.00! I don't get to see the doctor! I can't see the xray! She said she'd go back and tell him I need to speak with him. Aparently, he was "too busy" to see me! She assured me he would call that evening. He did not. I asked for a copy of the xray be sent via email to my vet. It was not! I cannot believe the treatment that Sadie and I got there! I was an absolute horribile experience and I wouldn't take my Mother in Law there!! So, Dr Pilkington or whatever your name is. You need to deal with pets only and not owners! Obviously, money is more important than care of patients and owners!

Folks over at Animal Clinic East on Gunbarrel Road were so kind and attentive and always made sure my pet was not in pain and well cared for. I completely trusted them. Call were received and answered in a polite and professional manner and were always helpful in all areas. Very compassionate group with solid credentials. I recommend them to folks all the time.
