We've used this vet for as long as I can remember (seriously, my childhood pets were patients here too). But over the past few years they seem to care more about the $$$ than the client. There's never any other clients when we are there which leads me to believe they are either exceptionally efficient, or the client base has dwindled. My bet is that the client base has dwindled (because the staff doesn't seem to really care anymore) & that is why they keep jacking up the prices. Sad. But I'm over it. I refuse to pay higher prices for less than stellar service. They just don't seem to care anymore. You can tell them your concerns and they will say "uh huh, uh huh, I understand" followed by "sorry you feel that way". Time to move on.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
