Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I finally had to take my dog to the vet hospital in lansing and they confirmed that my dog needed more surgery to correct the injury. with this information i took her back... he did the surgery again , that should have been done right the first time and recharged me for the same thing...
