My 8 month old dog was ran over by a truck. I them called explaining what happened stating that she had internal bleeding and could they handle this. She said yes. I rushed my puppy to them and then they made me and my dying puppy wait almost 2 hours before they provided any care. After some time, they sent me home. I live about 15 minutes away and within 10 minutes after they called me stating that she needed to be put down right now. They didn't have the facilities or ability to do anything for her and it's too late to take her somewhere else.
I don't know why they would falsify their ability when I originally called. Make a dying 8 month old puppy wait 2 hours before doing anything and then sending me home so I wasn't there to comfort her.
I could have taken her to a REAL emergency facility. Over $700.00 for, oh well, we couldn't do anything and we denied you the opportunity to comfort your pet in her time of need. As far as I am concerned, they killed my dog. I will never be the same thanks to their ignorance and greed.

Please use Veterinary Emergency Service in Madison Heights or Wilson Veterinary Hospital in Romeo.
