I would never take my pet to this terrible place. My sister boarded three of her pets there very recently and two of them needed special care. Sadly the two who needed special care died (only a day and a half after being brought home) as a result of there being neglected while staying at Cedar Ridge. She had given them dog food for the staff to feed them on a regular basis and when she returned from her trip of 17 days she found that only a fraction of the dog food cans had been used. Her dog who had diabetes had to be put to sleep at the vet in Idaho Falls after his blood sugar went completely out of comtrol and he suffered organ and brain damage as a result. The other dog had a serious problem breathing and when my sister brought her home she got even worse. My younger sister rushed her to the vet in Idaho Falls and she died 4 hours later.
Cedar Ridge would not refund the money my sister paid them to care for her pets. They are greedy a$$h%#es who should not be in business caring for people's beloved pets.
They are extremely kind and professional. my husband and i have been together 15 year. MY jhave had my himmy pasha for 16 1/2 . my vet is able to offer dental care, shots, and full work ups now that pasha is older and even boarding. we trust him with with our most baby. they work with us in every way. you will not find a better set of professionals to to leave to your loved little ones with for health care they have a play room a walk area and even a visiting area while we are away friends or family can visit and keep him from being too lonely. this can be vital with some service animals, they do it all.
