Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and i did not feel rushed. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my little guy and it really helped him feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our fur kids and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. Dr, minor understands that they are more than pets they are your children. If your fur kid has allergies, I highly recommend her. she is extremely well versed in this area and saw his behavioral symptoms for war they were and treated the allergies at the root of his behaviors rather than recommending doping him up as 5 previous vets had. She made the last 1 1/2yrs of my little boy's life better than it had been in years. When it was time for him to meet the rainbow bridge, Dr. Minor made his passing as 'easy and gentle' as possible for the both of us.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
