The staff here is super rude and not welcoming at all. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. The examining rooms at their office were pretty clean, but I felt like they could have been cleaner. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, I left without any services being done to my dog. Don't make appt or schedule surgery if you can't do it. I really believe the doctors should be in charge of the office and not the assistants. I really feel sorry for the animals that depend on this office for their care.
