Worst place ever, not professional, front desk people rude including the administrative peoples, I won't recommend this place to any one, they are not compassionate, all they mind is money, business.

Absolutely terrible. My daughter had 5 appointments there and 4 of the 5 were rescheduled by them. Once, she had an appointment for testing and she was told it would take 3-4 hours. She took off work to go to this appointment, thereby losing money. She arrived and filled out and signed the 5-6 page agreement saying if she cancelled her appointment or failed to show up she would pay their full fee-not the copay. After sitting in THEIR waiting room for almost 50 minutes, someone came out and told her they had made a scheduling error and would have to reschedule. Also, while she was waiting in THEIR waiting room, they called her on her cell to refer her to another therapist in house. Their receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. The place is filthy. Walls, carpet, doors--everything is dirty. At my appointment, I was told I would receive a phone call later scheduling a follow-up appointment. I have yet to receive a call. They never answer the phone and their voice mail message includes instructions to press 9 to speak to the office manager. Don't waste your time. Pressing 9 gets you nowhere, you just get a recording saying invalid entry.
