They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I was looking for a therapist for our daughter who is suffering from prolonged depression associated with grief resulting from the death of a loved one. I called and left a voice mail in mid-afternoon. I gave a brief message indiating the issue and also advised her that I was given a list of therapists to call. I went on to say that I was calling each one. This woman returns my original call at 9:54 pm. She then cut me off, begins to lecture me about how to properly request a therapist. She was lacking of tact, rude, and borderline arragant. I apologized for any missunderstandintg and tried to explain my true intentiions. She hung up on me. I think perhaps she is overly sensitive. Lacking in sensitivity (considering the totality of the situation regarding my daughter). I recommend perhaps this woman may need some of the same help that she professes to offer. At a minimum, she dind\'t behave professionally.

I would recommend them to people; I was happy with them and if my friends or family were in need, I would direct them here. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.
