They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
