Almost 9 years ago, I found out I was pregnant. I was on parole, living with my mom and dad at 33 years old. The baby's father didn't want nothing to do with the situation so I had a decision to make. I didn't have any idea about what to do first and started considering abortion. I started looking for help on the internet and came across New Beginnings Pregnancy Care Center. I called and made an appointment and then finally told my parents. My mom and me went to the appointment together. The ladies at the center were so kind and helpful. They gave me a pregnancy test and it was positive. They then started setting me up appointments with doctors and other resources that would help me. They kept in touch throughout my whole journey and even checked in with me here lately. I cannot thank these wonderful people for guiding me in the right direction. Today, I have a beautiful bright 8 year old son who is my whole world.
