We have scheduled 5 appointments for couples therapy of which 1 she cancelled by text message 15 minutes before our appointment and another she was a NO SHOW! We arrived for our appointment and waited 20 minutes for her. We texted her to let her know that we were in the waiting room, but never heard a word. This is so unbelievably unacceptable for anyone, much less a therapist. I knew something was unusual when she cancelled last minute before, but we gave her the benefit of the doubt and had 2 more appointments with her that went well. Then on our last appointment, she didn't show up at the appointment time nor did she respond. We had just confirmed our appointment two days before, so it was not a scheduling error....if it were, I think we would have received a reply to our text. I would not recommend her....very unprofessional!

My wife and I had our 1st appointment recently with Ms. Imperial. She called our house 20 minutes before the scheduled time and left a message that she wasn't going to be able to make it. Unfortunately, we were already sitting in her waiting room. Since no one answered at our house, one would think that she would contact her office and let them know that her next appointment might be there soon and to let them know she will not be there. Did she do this? Of course not! She left us sitting on her couch for almost an hour until we finally had the receptionist contact her to find out when she would arrive. That's when we were finally informed that she had wasted our time. If we had done that to her, we'd be expected to pay for an office visit. After this incident, we left several messages, none of which were ever returned. She is completely unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid her like the proverbial plague and find someone who values your time as much as their own.
