Chris Gough is an exceedingly integral and compassionate person who has personally helped me in ways that I didn't even fully comprehend at the time. I have been seeing him for the course of the last few years and he has given me insight to not only correct counterproductive philosophies that I had adapted but he also was able to help me establish functional ways to implement new ones. I will forever be indebted to him and for the infinitely understated help and revelation knowledge of my own psyche that he has helped me unlock. It is hard to speak of him and his manner of things without feeling an emotional attachment to anyone that has helped right a wrong that the subconscious mind had done to me for years. I admire, respect and strongly recommend him and his practice to any and all people looking for truth and a means to a healthy mental state of enlightenment. Blessings to you and yours.
