I am referring to Creekside Center for Depression in my review

they chaged staffed in the middle of my treatment, leaving me with no one, and we did not have one last session. it was just canceled. but after one left, i was never asked to be seen again. I felt abandoned. I understand life gives people different opportunities that they have every right to take, but i do not feel the transition was handled correctly. also, it was hard to get it. sometimes you could not get an another appointment for another month unless you you were doing TMS.
the receptionist for creekside I felt knew too much personal information, possible HIPPA laws being broke-maby she just did diction or something, but she definitely knew too much about my situation without my offering of details. also often while in the waiting room I overheard her speaking of other clients to other clients, heard her speaking to other staff about cliets while others were in the waiting room. There were many "don't tell her I said this but" about her coworker. I do not remember her name. but she seemed confident and able to do her job well, just knew too much in my opinion.
the professional i saw was great at first, but seemed distracted at times, and watched the clock. I once told this person something very huge and upsetting and he did not respond at all to the situation.
they seem to be good people but i feel like I payed a lot of money to talk for an hour. I was never given "homework" or things to work on. just talked, heard a few opinions and left. after the person left, i was never contacted on seeking treatment there again. I guess I could have made that effort myself, and a letter was sent out to the clients but I jut don't think it was handled well. If we were working on something, it was never followed through with even with a different staff person.
overall they are great group of people. just could have handled somethings better.
oh, i guess I'm commenting on the wrong group....I was referring to Creekside. Sorry. I have not dealt with those in lifeworks other than Dr. Vikary and Dr. Pratt

I have been using Pepper Pratt at Lifeworks for the last 8 years. My entire family has seen him and I have recommended him to all my friends over the years. I am very thankful for his help over the years!!
