Zero out of Zero Stars. This is our families second experience with Luther Inpatient Behavioral health. I have had several conversations with Vicki who is a social worker and her 'superior' Carlene. The incompetance of the social worker system is horrible. I was told they were in short supply of social workers and that they only have 1. Unfortunately, that 1 social worker (Vicki) is incompetant and should not be working in the health care field. I have filed official complaints with Patient Experience and am in process of filing wih the State of Wisconsin as well. On the bright side, the nursing staff has been willing to communicate to us and include us in the care plan.
