I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They have very nice chairs in their waiting room. It was a nice start to my appointment and helped me feel more comfortable and relaxed. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was skeptical at first to begin therapy but after our session my partner and I felt relieved to get our problems off our chest. They really helped us to better understand the other person's point of view so we could communicate honestly and begin moving forward. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
