Robert Henley is an extremely poor judge of character, who bases child custody opinions on emotional lies and ignore facts. It looks like he wrote his report to justify his decision omitting inconvenient facts.

My children’s mother used to beat our dog, since we separated, she has had a half dozen animals die in her care. One died just a week after Robert’s report. He ignored this, stating that each animal death seemed reasonable. The children’s mother brought her boyfriend into the home to play video games with my kids on our marital bed, before I filed for divorce. Photos showed the mother left edible drugs at eye level for the children next to their water bottle and toys. The mother admitted drunk driving in texts. My life was threaten by the mother’s aunt. Robert did not look at the evidence and omitted these facts from his report.

He has poor judgment, does not look at the evidence and is smitten by attractive narcissistic young women who are willing to lie even when there is proof of the lies. If you have any choice, avoid him at all costs. He will likely participate in your vindictive spouse’s attempts to ruin or take your life.
