I have found that the receptionist never calls back. The first time I called and left a message, she didn't call back. I had to call back to make she got the message and her excuse was that she was in a meeting all morning. I called to cancel an appointment and had to leave a message again. It says they'll get back to you within 8 hours. Days went by, she never called me back. She also never called to tell me our counselor had left the practice. I only found out she left, because the counselor herself called me a few days after the canceled appointment to invite us to her other office. At least 2 weeks have gone by after all this, no one has called. I'm not going to bother with this place again.
