Peak Performance and The Fitness Factory. Peak Performance is a cheerleading and tumbling gym with various pieces of equipment to practice and learn the skills needed to become advanced in your skills. The Fitness Factory is a 24 hour fitness gym that consits of free weights, weight lifting machines, cardio machines and a dry sauna. They also offer different types of aerobic activities. The pool at Peak Performance is no longer in use, but a baseball training facility has moved into its place. There is also a Tiquando dojo in the building. There is a child care room that you can utilize while you work out. The staff at Peak Performance are highly qualified tumbling and cheerleading instructors with many years of experience under their belts. The Owner is main instructor and has over 30 years experience in Gymnastics. They also offer mommy and me classes and tumble bear classes for children 2-6 and beginner to advance classes for children ages up to adults.
