Education
All of Elite Athlete Training Services professional strength & conditioning coaches are required to have at a minimum a bachelors degree in the field of Sports Medicine, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology. Many of their coaches also have Masters degrees in the field. They also require their coaches to have at least one national upper level certification from either NSCA, NASM, ACSM, USAW, USATF, NSPA.
Training
Elite Athlete Training Services requires at a minimum for all of their coaches 2 years experience working in the field of sports performance and strength and conditioning.
Certification
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
Certified Conditioning Specialist with National Strength Professionals Association (NSPA)
USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach
National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES).
National Association of Speed & Explosion (NASE) Certified Specialist in Speed and Explosion (CSSE).
Certified USA Track & Field (USATF).
