Should 0 stars be a choice I would have picked that. The management staff is rude and uncaring. Since The Zone bought this building from TruFit they have dismissed the very good and professional cleaning staff that kept the facility spotless. The management is uncommunicative about classes being reinstated, trainer changes, class changes, and doesn't want to hear any complaints, regardless of how nicely they are approached The management is very unprofessional, and somewhat threatening when confronted with client complaints, The price is cheap for a membership, but you pay for what you get.
