I find Liz to be a warm, caring therapist. She is easy to talk to, listens to what you're saying and acknowledges what you're feeling. She isn't the kind of therapist that merely tells you what you want to hear. She helps you sort through issues and concerns not just put a "band-aid" on them. Liz also has a great sense of humor, which is refreshing sometimes when the therapy session feels a bit intense.
Liz consistently conducts herself with the utmost professionalism, she maintains confidentiality, and is extremely ethical. I would recommend Liz to anyone needing a great therapist!!

Liz has been my therapist since I was in my teens and has continued to counsel me throughout my hardest times in life. She listens intently, never invalidates your feelings, and always addresses your issues with care and concern. She is excellent at getting to the root of the problem and clarifying your feelings. She truly understands emotional pain better than anyone I've ever known. If you need someone to talk to or even if you have a problem that you need help with, call Liz. Immediately you will feel like you're with someone that "get's it". No matter what's going on in my life, I know that if I go in to see Liz, I'll be ok!!
