Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
