The worst agent ever. Called her 1 yr ago and still havent heard a call back. This is my agent for my home policy. The price for my house went up so i had to call and change it on the insurance coverage and because i couldnt get in contact with Ross i had two policies that cost me more money. I have already sold the house and tried to contact her to cancel the policy ( for some reason it was still not cancelled) her assistant was rude and didnt let me speak to ross and just told me to send proof of sale so she can cancel. I have sent it about a two months ago and today i received the letter that my policy for the house i dont own is still not cancelled. Please find another agent if possible or find out for yourself
