Terribly run. Patients in rehab can wait long oeriods of time for someone to come to assist them. They are definitely under-staffed. The decor is shabby, filthy. The halls smell of human waste. I would not recommend this facility to anyone when there are many other well managed homes within an hours drive. I can't believe that they have a license and have been visited by an inspector. And, I am being charitable in my comments.
