Do not put your loved one in this facility unless you can be there 24/7. Bad experience from start to finish. What was to be a short term rehab stay ended in Er Trauma at hospital due to a fall at RIVER POINTE. We never left the hospital. From ER to ICU to Hospice. Please look very hard before you decide
