Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive.
