I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
