I understand places like this have a very difficult task. My mother had to be moved from where she was staying do to her declining mental health. Where she was staying she received first class care and in two years never had anything come up missing but they where not able to meet some of her needs do to her declining mental heath so we move her to the Villas at College Hill which are suppose to be professional memory care professionals and suppose to specialize in this type of care she requires. BIG MISTAKE.

Unfortunately when a love one is in the shape my mother is you are at the mercy of others unless you have an endless supply of money. If you put a love one in Villas at College Hill DO NOT let them keep any valuable items! Things come up missing all the time the rooms are not keep as clean as they should be and most of the employees including Leslie Zoltowshi are not professional and in my opinion are there for nothing but a pay check. Talking to Leslie Zoltowshi is just a waste of time and NOTHING changes. The level of care here is bear minimum if that. If you can put your love one somewhere else as I sure do not recommend the Villas at College Hill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They want to say everything is my mother fault knowing they residents cannot stand up for their self and I all I have to say is this really a professedly run mental heath care home I DO NOT THINK SO! I shutter to thing what all goes on we do not know about. I have found burse on my mother know one knows anything about. When a burse is fond on a resident a professional would contact the family and not let the family find out when they come to visit. To may problems with the place to list them all but I regret ever taking her there and will do all I can to get her somewhere else.
