I think Brookview is a wonderful place for Seniors. The only problem I see is the food needs to be improved by far. They cook food that is not done, fried foods that are cooked hard. People this age can not chew food that is not done or fried too hard. They serve the same thing day in and day out. Please make some changes to the food.
