Spring Isle Apts are the absolute worst place in beaver dam to move to. You only receive the TV and internet they want you to have , you cannot have a choice to choose lets say charter or whomever to be your provider and Spring Isle has insane prices for internet and TV..1.5 mbps internet...$30...come on man, thats crazyness. Also if you do out of pure despration move here, haha you'll never ever get your deposit back no matter how clean you keep your place, and you can only use their "special" products to do the cleaning at the cost of $20 per little spray bottle, you have to clean your own carpets,remove the wax and sealer from the bathrooms and kitchen floors with a scrubbling machine if if its not good enough,which it never is, your paying not only for the cleaning supplies they sell you to do the work but now you have to pay for them to do it again..In other words..Beaver Dams Worse Place to Live..I know, I lived there for 2 regretful years
