I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
