They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The office was easy enough to find.
