They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose.
