The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
