Unprofessional staff member at the front desk. She sighed heavily when I handed her my lab slip and complained that having to enter the information in the computer was a pain given the tests I needed to have done. She also leaned over to the lab person and said, "look, another one of 'these'" which made me feel bad even though I wasn't sure why. When I finally got in to have the blood drawn, the lab tech almost forgot one of my tests until I reminded her. It was a strange experience.
