It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was very skeptical when I left my first appointment. I definitely doubted their abilities. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member.

when you asked for the fee for acupuncture massage, they said $75 over the phone but once you get they they be like you need to get examed.. for that it will be $70. after u get exam. if you u wanna ask any question too dr. n dr told us come on next appointment. so that means they just wanna get your $$$$$....... i would never recommend anyone to this dr... here they just want your money....and they wont give you chance to think if you wanna spend this much $$$ for massage or not. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.
