We've been going to this vet office for about a year now. All 3 of our dogs have been handled with care and compassion, and we're always made to feel comfortable while there. There is a lack of follow-up, but if I call they're quick to answer and help. They've taken time to explain and even demonstrate any procedures, and that puts us at ease. There isn't a designated potty area, but there are grassy areas surrounding the parking lot that are convenient to use. Some prices are higher than average, but it's not been too expensive if you want your pets well cared for.
