My pets have been both patients at the hospital, and I had the misfortune of taking a class within the education center. Not so open to integrative care (for example, has stated in class that sonograms are dangerous to a developing fetus) and uses local shelter pets for dissection labs to teach massage (and if you find this out after the first class, you are out of luck...no money back on the class). Objecting or suggesting alternatives is not appreciated, I highly recommend that you avoid the Healing Oasis if you are looking for supplemental care for your pet, or if you want to learn massage in there "education center." Save your $3300 and buy a book at Barnes and Noble...you will come out learning more from the book.

If your pet is sick don't plan on getting in. They call themselves a hospital but that is not how they treat established patients when they call in and would like to be seen same day. My dog had suffered a bout of pancreatitis (unbeknownst to me) and had been vomiting and not eating the night prior. I was told to contact the ER if it was an emergency and that there was no way of re-arranging their schedule to accommodate my situation. I asked to speak to someone else and they told me the same thing. Prior to this experience I had received adequate service.
