Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
